"We ship anywhere in the United States." We offer USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail or UPS. Your order will be processed immediately and will be shipped to you within 1-2 weeks. In case of any delay you will be notified immediately. If you are placing a telephone order, we will notify you of the shipping rates.

If you are less than pleased with anything you receive from Rocky River Designs, we will gladly accept it for a refund or replacement within 7 days of the shipment date.

If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately.

You may return an item for a refund or replacement within 7 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please contact us for a RA# (return authorization number) before returning any item.  When you return an item, please be sure it is in new condition, include the original packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged returns. If you paid for your order by paypal, a credit will be issued to your paypal account. If you paid by money order, a refund money order will be sent promptly.
